Hepburn Wholefoods Collective is excited to be growing a wide network of producers, farmers and supporters.
Below is some information and links to other organisations and businesses that we would like to recommend to our members and to the wider community.
Creative people doing great things!
One of our founding members is growing a beautiful little business in Daylesford offering treatments and therapies for wellbeing. Sandi is generously donating $2 from each treatment to Hepburn Wholefoods Collective and we are warmly grateful. Please take a look at her website and all she has to offer.
Florian Hofinger has been busily farming in the organic way and is well know in the daylesford community for his organic fruit and vegies as well as seedlings. Florian is now at the Sunday market every week. To be on his mailing list of 'what's selling now' email firstname.lastname@example.org or like Mt Franklin Organics on Facebook.
We can't sell wine at the HWC shop but if we could we would get if from these people! Growing mostly shiraz and cabernet sauvignon varieties near Elmore, Rob and Pauline Bryans farm biodynamically and their wine is Demeter certified. You can taste a drop at the Daylesford farmers market or shop online through their website
Otherwise known around town as 'Spa Venison', Chris and Di recently closed their popular butcher shop in Daylesford and are now gearing up to work from their on-farm butchery at home in Mt Beckworth. After a very successful Pozible campaign the couple are fitting out the butchery and will be able to sell meat from animals raised on their farm. Great stuff. You can see what they are up to at on their facebook page.
