Our favourite recipe at the moment, these bliss balls are super easy to make and are packed with raw food energy and goodness. So yum! 

Please note - oranges and lemons included in recipe below are also seasonally available at the wholefoods shop.

Bliss balls

Base recipe

1 cup nuts

2 ½ cups dried fruit

2 cups total other mixed dried ingredients

(such as oats, puffed rice, millet, cocoa, quinoa, coconut)


Place all ingredients in a food processor and blitz until broken down and combined. Add small amounts of water if needed until mixture can be rolled / pressed into balls.

 1 cup almonds

1 cup sultanas

1 1/2 cups currants

1 cup rolled oats

½ cup raw cacao

½ cup shredded coconut

zest of one orange

Combo #2 – Lemon Coconut Bliss balls

1 cup macadamias

1 cup sultanas

1 cup currants

½ cup coconut oil

1 cup rolled oats

½  cup quinoa

½ cup shredded coconut

zest of two lemons
