Community 

We run off 100% community participation and welcome all members. We are a not-for-profit group and our mission is to help our community transition towards a secure local food economy.

Farmer direct

We support and champion local farmers to provide them with an avenue to sell their product directly to the community.

Organic / Spray-free / Biodynamic

We purchase food from growers that practice regenerative agriculture, respect the natural environment and keep our food free from harmful chemicals and pesticides.

Location and food miles

We purchase food from growers as close to us as we can to cut down on transport costs and fossil fuel emissions.

Bulk buying

We purchase in bulk to reduce packaging waste and keep costs down.

Healthy bodies

We purchase wholefoods that are minimally processed and high in nutritional value to keep our community healthy.
