We are a family owned and operated business providing premium cuts of grass fed lamb from Mt Beckworth, Central VIC. We take great pride in their low stress handling and that we use regenerative practices to improve the soil.
Our Australian White Sheep are hardy, shedding sheep that require no shearing/crunching and the meat is high in Omega 3 with a very low melting point for the fat, resulting in deliciously tender roast dishes.
