Luke Spencer sources cocoa beans from 2-3 famililes that he met whilst travelling in Vanuatu. The cocoa beans are harvested and fermented on site in Vanuatu and then transported to Mudgee, NSW where the beans are roasted, ground and turned into chocolate. The relationship Luke has with the farmers in Vanuatu is central to his business.
