Yuzu Kosho is a paste made from fresh green yuzu rind, green chilli and salt. It has a clean finish and cuts through a greasy taste.
This Japanese condiment can be served with steak, grilled chicken, pork, fish, hot pot, sashimi.
Also used for dressing, or as a dipping sauce.
