This is a wholegrain rye flour. Rye is traditionally a heavier style of bread with a distinctive flavour and texture. Mix a small amout of rye flour with other flour in breadmaking to get lots of delicious rye flavour in your bread. Great with caraway seeds!
Note: to ensure continuity of supply, we currently source flours from Powlett Hill (Campbelltown, VIC) and Wholegrain Milling Co (Gunnedah, NSW). Our prices are averaged to reflect the cost to us, and to enable cost savings to be passed on. In future we hope to stock both and offer a choice of producer.
