Burrum Biodynamics

Certified since 2008, the Walters run a biodynamic farm in Warnoo, North West Victoria. Producing a range of lentils as well as oats, barley and spelt, Tania and Stephen Walter come from a long line of farmers. Today they are farming their corner of the earth mindfully by focusing on the fertility and structure of the soil and the quality of the plant that follows.
